This Cookie Policy explains which cookies Sportvio uses on our website (sportvio.io) and in the app (app.sportvio.io), and why.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Some are essential for a site or app to function; others are used for analytics, preferences, or advertising.
2. Cookies we use
- Session / authentication cookies (strictly necessary) — keep you signed in to your account (Supabase authentication) as you navigate between pages.
- Preference cookies (strictly necessary) — remember your chosen language (Greek/English).
- Payment cookies (strictly necessary) — set by Stripe during checkout, needed to complete a payment securely.
Sportvio does not currently use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy — and, where required by law, a cookie consent banner — will be updated before those cookies are used.
3. Managing cookies
Because Sportvio only uses strictly necessary cookies, there is no cookie consent banner — these cookies don't require opt-in consent under EU law, though you can still block or delete them via your browser settings. Doing so may prevent you from staying signed in or completing payments.
